  1. Customer goes to gcash.phonebooky.com through the GCash App. 
  2. Customer chooses a voucher.
  3. Customer selects whether to purchase for self or as gift 
  4. Customer inputs the number to send the voucher to 
  5. Customer proceeds to pay with GCash (input mobile number, confirm and pay) 
  6. Customer downloads Booky app to claim voucher

What is the promo?

Purchase discounted vouchers through the Booky platform for use after merchants are fully operational

When will the promo be available?

The sale period will be available until June 30, 2020.

Do I need to have a Booky account to avail of the promo?

No, you do not need a Booky prime account to purchase vouchers. However, voucher redemption after purchase can only be done through the Booky app which will require a regular Booky account (no need for Prime membership).

How long are the vouchers valid?

Vouchers are valid up to 3 months after merchant fully reopens; subject to Booky’s rules

How do I redeem the vouchers?

You must download the Booky app and scan the Booky QR code at the merchant you are trying to redeem from.

Can I return a voucher if I paid for it but don’t want it anymore?

No, once bought, the voucher is considered sold. 

Up to how many vouchers can I buy?

There is no limit to how many vouchers you can buy.
