No, promo is exclusive only to users who have received the GCash comms on the offer (SMS, Push notification, Pop up, Action card, Promo Card, Digital Ads).

Upon receiving comms of promo, user has 7 days to do a Buy Load transaction to be eligible for a free buy load voucher. The SMS received by the user will state until when the offer lasts. Vouchers received in GCash Voucher Pocket are valid for 7 days upon receipt of voucher.

1. Once you receive voucher in your voucher pocket, Buy Load vouchers automatically apply to the transaction when buying load.
2. To use the voucher, open Buy Load on the GCash app and select the recipient.
3. After inputting the amount of load, click Next and you will see that the Buy Load voucher has already been applied.
4. Click the Pay button below to proceed with the payment.
5. If you do not want to use your voucher for a particular transaction, click the discount amount indicated in the Payment page and deselect the voucher.

For vouchers received in GCash Voucher Pocket you have until 7 days after receipt of the voucher to use it. After 7 days, it will expire automatically.

User will receive SMS informing them of the promo and the voucher they are eligible for. They simply need to make a Buy Load transaction worth at least P50 within 7 days to be able to claim their free buy load voucher. Once they have completed the required mechanic, they will receive an SMS notifying them that they have received their free voucher and they can click the Profile Tab on the menu bar at the bottom right corner of the app to open the Voucher Pocket to find and use your vouchers.

If you did not receive the voucher/do not see it in your voucher pocket, it might mean you did not qualify due to any of the following reasons:

2. You’ve already used up that voucher from this promo
3. The voucher has already expired (It has already been past 7 days since you received the SMS)
