Promo Mechanics

  1. Users can shake once daily to get a chance to win a Load or QR vouchers! 
  2. To be eligible for the Grand draw, users should complete at least 1 out of the 10 Christmas tasks. The Christmas tasks are the following:
    • Shop with Lazada for at least P50
    • Save at least P50 for this month
    • Buy at least P10 Load for yourself
    • Collect at least 300g energy in GCash Forest
    • Send with a Clip at least P5 to a friend
    • Pay at least P100 bill to any biller
    • Send P5 Ang Paos to 2 People
    • Invest at least P50 this season
    • Send KKB request and get paid at least P20
    • Pay at least P50 with QR from any enterprise merchants
  3. To get more gifts in the Grand Draw, users can accomplish the following: 
    • Finish 5 tasks to get 5 gifts in the grand draw (User has to finish 5 unique tasks, instead of completing one specific task 5 times) 
    • After you complete at least 1 task, you get 1 extra gift for every successful referral after doing at least one task during the promo period (maximum of 3 referrals only)
    • For non-GCash Globe-sim users, they get an additional ticket in the Grand Draw when they register through http://bit.ly/GlobeS2W

User Guidelines

  1. Open to all GCash users starting Dec 9, 2019.
  2. Grand Draw will be on Dec. 25, 2019. Users can participate and shake until Dec. 23 only to give time for reward calculations on Dec. 24.
  3. Expiry of the rewards are the following: 
    • Daily Rewards (automatically claimed and seeded to Voucher Pocket)
      • Load Vouchers – up to 3 days from the date of receipt
      • QR vouchers – up to 5 days from the date of receipt
      • ‘Nothing or Try Again’
    • Grand Draw Rewards (User must go to Promo page and Claim reward)
      1. QR Vouchers – Can claim until Jan 1, 2020. Expires on Jan 31, 2020.
      2. Cashback – Can claim until Jan 1, 2020. Expires on Jan 31, 2020.
  4. In case of dispute in respect to the GCash subscriber’s eligibility, actual SMS, etc, GCash’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the treatholder’s eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by GCash at its discretion.
  5. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, infringement on the terms of use, or other illegal actions as mandated by Philippine law.

How do I receive my reward?

For the rewards you get through the Daily Shake, it will automatically be seeded to your Voucher Pocket. For the rewards during the Grand Draw, simply head to the Christmas Promo page and claim your gift if you’ve finished at least 1 Christmas task during the promo period.

Are there individuals who are not eligible to join the promo?

Yes, the following individuals are not eligible to join the promo: 

  • Employees, affiliates, subsidiary companies and representatives of GCash. Partner agents of GCash including their affiliates and subsidiary companies. 
  • Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality thereof. 
  • Users who engage in fraud or any form or promo abuse, and those barred from promotional activities.

I have not received my cashback, what should I do?

If you have not received your cashback within 5 working days, you can send us a ticket at the GCash Help Center. .

Make sure to provide the proof of transaction or transaction reference number of your registration and your load purchase. If you did not receive the cashback, it might mean your transaction did not qualify due to any of the following reasons:

  • You are not qualified for this promo
  • Your account may be tagged as suspicious
