Promo Mechanics

  1. Users must have a GSave account on GCash to be eligible for the rebate reward
  2. The loan application must be accomplished before June 30, 2022
  3. Only the following customers are eligible for the Interest Rebate, which will be sent to their savings account on GCash:
    • Must have at least one (1) open deposit account (Fast, Fast Plus, UpSave, or GSave) at the time the Personal Loan application was initiated. Eligible customers must also be in good standing at time of Personal Loan application.
    • All payments and dues should be paid completely and regularly on time every month.
    • Personal Loan accounts of eligible customers will be checked every 3rd installment payment if their status is current, having paid any outstanding balance on or before the due date of the crediting month.
  4. Eligible customers who complete the required actions will receive their loan interest rebate in the form of a cash rebate within fifteen (15) business days of the crediting month.

For a GSave user to first log in to the CIMB Bank PH app, you need to have CIMB Bank send the temporary credentials via SMS for your first log-in. For users who forgot their password you can press “Forgot” and proceed to “Forgot Password”  in the CIMB app to receive an email to reset your password or username.

If you have not received your temporary credentials from CIMB Bank via SMS, then you are not yet eligible to access your savings account using the CIMB Bank PH app.
