Payment holiday for GLoan borrowers

1. Sino ang qualified for the payment holiday?
   • Users in good standing who have unpaid bills from December 16 to January 15, and have registered addresses in Bohol, Cebu, Dinagat Islands, Eastern Samar, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Palawan, Southern Leyte, Surigao del Norte, or Surigao Del Sur are qualified for the payment holiday.
2. How long is the payment holiday?
   • Users who have payments due from December 16 to January 15 can pay their monthly bill up to 60 days after their original due date.
3. Ano ang waived sa payment holiday?
   • Waived lahat ng late fees at penalties para sa mga hindi makakabayad sa loob ng payment holiday.
4. May additional fees/interest ba ito?
   • Walang additional fees/interest para sa mga eligible users.
5. Can I still pay my balance kahit qualified ako for the payment holiday?
   • Yes, maaari pa ring bayaran ang balance kahit qualified for payment holiday.
6. Where can I view details ng GLoan account ko?
   • You can check your details on the GLoan page. From there, you will be shown a breakdown of your dues. After clicking “Pay for GLoans”, you will be shown your total amount due and your new due date.
7. Will my GScore move even if my penalty has been waived?
   • Penalty waiving has no effect on GScore movement. Your GScore will still be affected by your GCash transactions, including late payments for the total amount due.

From December 16, 2021, to January 15, 2022, GCash shall not impose penalties that would otherwise have been incurred by covered accounts on GLoan. Penalties in place before the effectivity period of this program will not be canceled. The principal amount, interests, or any fees associated with the loan are not subject to this program or any waiver and shall be paid upon due date by the borrower.

Notwithstanding this program, any payment holiday or failure of GCash to collect shall not constitute a waiver of its rights. GCash retains the right to demand compliance with the terms of the original agreement, including payment and imposition of interests, penalties, and other charges.
