Promo Mechanics

  1. Open to all who received the offer directly from GCash via SMS or in-app notification 
  2. Promo is valid until October 25, 2019
  3. If a receiver of said SMS KKBs a non-GCash subscriber and the non-GCash subscriber opens a GCash account and pays his/her KKB amount back, both the referrer and referee will receive P50.
  4. The non-GCash subscriber CANNOT register via a referral link as doing so will render them ineligible.
  5. GCash will use the registration details of the recipient during the promo period to determine if user is qualified for the incentive.
  6. Customers can only get a prize up to five times (5) during the promo. If there are not enough qualified participants to avail of the prizes, remaining prizes will be forfeited.
  7. Qualified users will receive P50 in their GCash App within 3-5 working days from their transaction date.
  8. Vouchers can only be used by the GCash account holder and are non-transferrable.
  9. GCash reserves the right and has the authority to deny rewards for incorrect user data, fraudulent transactions, or promo abuse.
  10. Cannot be combined with other GCash promos. If user’s transaction is qualified for another promo, s/he will not be awarded for this promo.

  12. In case of dispute in respect to the GCash subscriber’s eligibility, voucher redemption, or other issues, GCash’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by GCash at its discretion.

How do I join the Promo?

GCash will be sending an SMS to a select KKB user base. When the selected user gets the non-GCash user to sign up for GCash and pay his or her KKB amount from October 14 – 25, 2019, they will both be rewarded with P50.

My friend sent me the promo. Can I join too?

Unfortunately, only users who have received the offer directly from GCash via SMS or in-app notification are qualified to join.

When is the promo period?

The promo period is from October 14 – 25, 2019.

How do I receive my reward?

You will both receive P50 off KKB amounts once the non-GCash user you sent the link to registers to GCash. The P50 will be automatically seeded to your account within 3-5 business days.

Are there individuals who are not eligible to join the promo?

Yes, the following individuals are not eligible to join the promo: 

    1. People who have not received the promo message.
    2. Employees, affiliates, subsidiary companies and representatives of GCash. Partner agents of GCash including their affiliates and subsidiary companies. 
    3. Any person or entity professionally connected with the promotion; and any person prohibited from participating in the Promotion under any statute, law, regulation, ordinance, rule, directive, guideline, policy, requirement, or other governmental restriction or any similar form of decision, or determination by, or any interpretation or administration of any of the foregoing by the Philippines or any instrumentality thereof. 
    4. Users who engage in fraud or any form or promo abuse, and those barred from promotional activities.

I have not received my P50, what should I do?

If you have not received your P50 within 3 working days, let us know at https://help.gcash.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000706713. Make sure to provide the proof of transaction or transaction reference number of your registration. If you did not receive the SMS voucher, it might mean your transaction did not qualify due to any of the following reasons:

    1. You are not qualified for this promo
    2. Your account may be tagged as suspicious
