Promo Mechanics

  1. Promo is open to all GCash subscribers.
  2. GCash subscribers must scan the promo QR to get the P50 voucher
  3. Minimum spend of P200 required to use the voucher
  4. Claiming is from June 1 to July 1, with validity of vouchers until Jul 31 2020
  5. Each unique customer can only claim and use 1 voucher for the duration of the promo period
  6. Open to all existing and new GCash App users who have the app version 5.9.2 (Android)/5.9.1 (iOS) or later.
  7. GCredit can be used together with the QR voucher at GCredit-accepting merchants.
  8. Only GCash QR transactions are eligible for the promotion.
  9. Customers who have been determined to be fraudulent or abusive in any ongoing or completed GCash promotion are automatically disqualified for this GCash QR promotion.
  10. GCash, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse the awarding of QR

A unique customer can earn up to P1,000 in total cumulative discounts coming from GCash QR vouchers per month. If the total cumulative discount cap has been met anytime within the month, the unique customer will only begin using QR vouchers again on the next calendar month.

Yes, as long as a GCash Scan to Pay transaction is made. (e.g. Senior Citizens are entitled to a 20% discount. If the customer’s discounted amount paid exceeds the minimum spend requirement, they will be entitled to the discount). 

Users can file a ticket at http://help.gcash.com/

  1. Download the GCash app on your smartphone and sign up, or update the GCash app to the latest version and login.
  2. Click “Pay QR” on the dashboard, then click “Scan QR Code” to access the QR scanner. You can also swipe left from the dashboard to access the scanner immediately.
  3. Scan the participating merchant’s QR code during payment
  4. Input the amount to be paid as stated by the merchant’s POS and frontliner
  5. Confirm the payment details of the transaction
  6. Upon success of payment, an SMS will be received by the customer and the merchant front liner indicating that payment has been done. 

Show your SMS with the reference ID or in-app with the reference ID. Please have the merchant contact GCash for verification of the transaction.
